Our legitimate interest is to operate and improve the Game, ensure security and protect against abuse. Where the law requires consent (e.g. certain analytics or personalised ads), we process such data only after obtaining it; you may withdraw consent at any time.
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for their services:
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law, at the request of authorised authorities, or to protect our rights.
The Game currently does not display ads and does not profile you for advertising. If we introduce ads in the future (e.g. via ad networks), we will update this Policy, name the providers and, where required, ask for your consent to personalised ads and use of the advertising identifier.
Our providers (including Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision.
We retain analytics and diagnostic data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, in line with our providers' retention settings. Contact data — for the duration of handling the matter and the limitation period for claims. Purchase-related data — for periods required by tax/accounting law. Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To the extent provided by the GDPR, you have the right to:
To exercise your rights, email contact@gregmarapps.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where national law requires) and we do not knowingly collect their data without parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child has provided us data without required consent, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
We may update this Policy. We will notify material changes in the Game or on this page. The new version applies from the date of publication.
